And if anybody knows the best way to scan images and edit black/whites without affecting color, tell me please.

Understanding Cat Whiskers

A comic to kick off the new year! The first in my resolution to create more comics. A biological study to begin.

My first attempt at coloring (and using Manga Studio too I guess). Finally putting my Macbook to use. Created in Manga Studio, colors with Photoshop.

Also Whiskers is a lame name for a cat.

Old woman with bags

This was based on an old Vietnamese woman I would see standing in a parking lot at one in the morning . Her back was hunched and she had several bags with her--more than I believed she could carry. I always feel saddened at the thought of her.
