This was a collaborative piece down with Sam, Jensen and myself. The pencils and story were finished in about an hour so I'd say we did a pretty good job. Fun pun: Blanc is French for white and the guy's name is Blank!

Because the inkwash was ruining my inks I decided to try a different method that involves a lot more scanning and Photoshop I learned about. Mine lacks texture (which can be fixed with more experimentation I'm sure).

I wasn't too happy with this page because I had to edit too much (to the point where I even had to ink digitally a bit ughgh). I spilled some inkwash on a panel, the paper warped, inks faded, word balloon placement is meh, etc. 

Octopus Tea Party

In lieu of actually doing a comic I drew something to get my new sketchbook started. Forgot to change the settings with my scanner so the shading isn't showing up. I'm not too happy about the composition to be honest
