I actually didn't even want to include myself in this but it is a journal after all. The flying character is Arzach, Moebius' most famous creation.

Sometimes at work you'll meet customers who just don't give up. Occasionally when customers rage they'll storm out and forget you need to touch the handle to open the door. This guy just kept embarrassing himself and I felt like I should have mercied him.
